What we post

The account is focused on practical content for people who work with documents — operators, legal teams, sales engineers, and developers building automation workflows. Here's what to expect:

  • New integration announcements — e-signature providers, CRM connectors, spreadsheet sources, and API updates posted as soon as they ship.
  • Short document automation tips — things like [[sig:role]] token syntax, variable naming patterns, bulk generation from Airtable views, and Zapier Zap recipes.
  • Template ideas — real-world document types (NDAs, proposals, invoices, service agreements) with suggested variable structures.
  • Product changelogs — what changed, what was fixed, what was added. Bite-sized so you don't have to read a wall of text.
  • Community highlights — sharing workflows and use cases from teams using GJSDocs in interesting ways.

Why X for product updates

Most product updates die in email newsletters that arrive three weeks after the thing shipped. X is where we can post a 60-second tip the same day a feature lands — and where you can reply with a question or a request that actually shapes what we build next.

If something in GJSDocs is confusing, broken, or missing, telling us on X is one of the fastest paths to a fix. We read every reply.

Recent things worth following for

E-signature integrations (just shipped)

Dropbox Sign and Yousign are now live in GJSDocs. Generate a document, add [[sig:role]] placeholders, and send for legally binding signature without leaving the editor. We'll be posting tips on setting up both providers.

AI document generation

We post practical prompts for generating NDAs, proposals, and contracts with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — formatted to work directly in the GJSDocs template editor without losing variables or layout.

Integration deep-dives

HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Zapier, REST API — we post step-by-step setup threads for each connector as teams ask for them. Easier to scan than a 2,000-word guide.

Say hello

If you're building a document workflow with GJSDocs — or thinking about it — drop us a message. We're genuinely interested in what's working, what's not, and what you wish the product could do.
